Policies & Procedures
How we plan to keep you safe & healthy!
We ask that you please read and follow the policies and procedures below.
CLEANING
All staff thoroughly cleans with disinfectant wipes between each clients session.
During your session your trainer will be proactively disinfecting all equipment being used.
Our gym area: including all equipment, weights, mats, door handles, light switches, and any other high touch spots are sanitized with disinfectant wipes after all sessions and regularly throughout the day.
Our reception area: front desk, pinpad, telephone, etc. is completely sanitized after every client session.
All areas are properly sanitized according to the guidance received from WorkSafe BC.
Staff and clients are required to wash their hands before and after sessions with anti-bacterial soap provided in our washrooms.
There is a mandatory hand sanitizer station upon entry and hand sanitizer located at the cubby hole area to be used throughout your session.
Washrooms and change areas are sanitized after each use for your safety.
Towels and paper cups for water are available for use. However, we do still recommend bringing your own reusable water bottle and towel.
BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat, if you have a yoga mat please feel free to bring it, otherwise we will provide you with one of ours!
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We have a reduction in the number of clients allowed in the studio at the same time.
Capacity has been reduced to 6 individuals at one time: 3 trainers and 3 clients.
To limit overlap with other trainers and clients, each session will take place in one designated area of the gym.
We ask that you come to your appointment alone. To limit the number of individuals in the studio we will not allow individuals in the studio unless they have an appointment.
Clients are required to arrive at the scheduled time of their appointment and not any earlier.
If clients would like to arrive early for a session, please confirm with your trainer beforehand so we can ensure the space is available for you.
Please pre-book future appointments to reduce long wait times.
We appreciate contactless forms of payment like the tapping feature on credit cards and our virtual payment terminal.
PPE
All trainers are required to wear a mask during in-studio personal training sessions.
Staff will be provided with a mask and gloves.
Masks are required at all times while in the studio.
SYMPTOMATIC SCREENING
Employees are screened daily for any COVID related symptoms.
We ask that if you are feeling sick, please call and re-schedule your appointment to a later date.
Anyone that is symptomatic will be asked to leave the studio and call 811.
SUSPENDED SERVICES
We have suspended the following services until further notice:
Change Room/Washroom Products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will continue to be provided)
