COVID-19 Studio Policies & Procedures
Please read and follow the below policies and procedures prior to your appointment. We can't wait to have you back in the studio and want to comfort you in knowing safety is our first priority!
All staff is thoroughly cleaning with disinfectant wipes between each clients session.
During your session, your trainer will be proactively disinfecting all equipment being used.
Our reception area: front desk, pinpad, telephone, etc. is completely sanitized after every client session.
Our gym area: including all equipment, weights, mats, door handles, light switches, and any other high touch spots are sanitized with disinfectant wipes after all sessions and regularly throughout the day.
All areas are properly sanitized according to the guidance received from WorkSafe BC.
Staff and clients are required to wash their hands before and after sessions with anti-bacterial soap provided in our washrooms.
There is a mandatory hand sanitizer station upon entry and hand sanitizer located at the cubby hole area to be used throughout your session.
Washrooms and Change Areas are sanitized after each use for your safety. However, we have temporarily suspended services including supplying towels, deodorant, hand cream, hair gel, etc. (We will still supply body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.)
Staff will be provided with a mask and gloves.
There will be a reduction in the number of clients allowed in the studio at the same time. Capacity has been reduced to 4 individuals at a time: 2 trainers, and 2 clients.
We ask that you come to your appointment alone. To limit the number of individuals in the studio, we will not allow individuals in the studio unless they have an appointment.
We appreciate contactless forms of payment like the tapping feature on credit cards and our Converge virtual terminal.
Clients are encouraged to punctually attend appointments and pre-book future appointments to reduce long wait times.
Water is available so long as each client brings their own water bottle. If you do not have a water bottle, we will provide you with bottled water.
BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat, if you have a yoga mat please feel free to bring it, otherwise we will provide you with one of ours!
We ask if you are feeling sick to please call and re-schedule your appointment to a later date. Anyone that is symptomatic will be asked to leave the studio and call 811.
SUSPENDED SERVICES We have suspended the following services until further notice:
Change Room/Washroom Products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will continue to be provided)

Client Hands-On Stretching
