Brian was born and raised on the North Shore and has grown up around sports and fitness for most of his life, playing AAA hockey for 10 years and competing in other sports such as kick boxing, football, and soccer. In his spare time you can catch him at the golf course, skiing, or lifting weights. Brian is a BCRPA certified personal trainer with additional certifications in myofascial release as well as exercise rehab of the knee, shoulder, and lumbar spine. He is level 1 certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, giving him the ability to evaluate a golfer for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability and, ultimately, enjoyment of the game. Brian is able to combine many different techniques to create an individualized program to help you reach your desired level of fitness and health. Focus on form and technique is his top priority, while his easy-going and fun approach will help motivate you to be your best!
