Freedom
Health Studio is owned by David Pol, who played with
the BC Lions, Toronto Argonauts, and Calgary Stampeders.
After helping lead the UBC Thunderbirds to the national
championship Vanier Cup in 1997, David was drafted by
the BC Lions. In 2001, David was part of the Grey Cup
winning Calgary Stampeders. With a degree in Psychology
from UBC, and an intense background in athletic training,
David brings a wide understanding of motivation, training
and how they combine to get the most out of each person.
Our trainers are Lyle Walsh, Brian Rudd, Lynsey Arkley,
Andrenea Troyer, Briar
Davis and Ara Van Der Mark.
Each and every member of Team Freedom brings their unique
experiences to your workout, allowing their years of
training to fully help you reach your goals.
