As we march into Summer and the outdoors start to open up to the active, Freedom is offering several packages to help you keep a regular fitness routine:

 

The Unlimited Freedom – $99.99 for unlimited Bootcamp classes per month.
The more you use, the more you’ll save -With 5 bootcamp classes offered per week, you’ll have lots of opportunities to save and no excuses to not attend!


The Freedom Classic - Buy 6 and get the 7th FREE for $105.
At $15 per session, this package is still one of the best deals for Bootcamp on the North Shore.


Classes are held 5 days a week – Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00, and Saturday at 12:00. Starting April 18, 2009 Freedom will be moving the noon class to 9:00 am. Drop-Ins are $17.50.


We are still one of the few indoor bootcamp facilities in Vancouver. We can go outside anytime you want, but can your bootcamp go inside? We also design our classes to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Nutrition and Diet

 

When it comes to your nutrition, Freedom believes in keeping it simple. We don't believe in "diets", we believe in proper nutrition and eating habits. Freedom wants to help you lose weight and keep it off. A diet that has the "yo-yo" effect is not only ineffective, it can be considered dangerous. We will teach you proper eating habits and how to keep those habits for your life. Most diets are temporary - proper nutrition should be a lifestyle.

If you are looking for quick fixes, the result you'll get will be lost just as quickly as it happened. When you practice proper eating habits, the results may take longer to achieve but they will last for as long as you are eating and exercising properly.

At Freedom, we will build you a custom nutrition plan to help you with your fitness and health goals. It will be tailored to your lifestyle and foods that you like to eat. We believe in teaching proper eating habits more than just telling you what to eat - you can be overweight eating the "right" foods, so let us help you learn how to not make the same mistakes over and over again.
