Freedom Rewards and Referrals Program

We've made our referral program even better. Now when you bring in a new client, you'll receive a complimentary session just for bringing them in. If the new client purchases a 10 session Intro Pack, you'll receive a second free session!

We understand that when you refer a client to us it is the greatest compliment we can receive from you. Freedom is a business that has grown through your help and we look forward to continuing our growth with your help.

We also reward our clients for their own investment in Freedom. All of our clients who use 10 or more sessions in a calendar month receive a bonus session and all clients who use at least 15 sessions in a calendar month will receive 2 bonus sessions. For your hard work, you deserve to be rewarded!

First Freedom

Your first visit to Freedom is always complimentary. We need to assess you and more importantly, YOU need to assess Freedom. Are we the right fit for you? Do you like our trainers? Do you like our programs? Do your goals match your needs?

During your assessment, we will look at your strength, cardio, flexibility and most importantly, posture and alignment. This will tell us what kind of corrective exercise program you need to be on. Fitness is more than just how many push ups and sit ups you can do. It's also about performing in your everyday life without pain or worries about injury.

Our complimentary first session is a $70 value that comes with no contracts or obligations.

Charity and Community Support

We also look forward to contributing back to the community. Many of our clients participate in events and fundraiser's that are only successful through donations and volunteerism. Freedom is proud to help our clients by contributing over $6000 worth of sessions every year.

Our "Return the Burn"© yearly fundraiser has raised nearly $16,000 and as one of the main sponsors of the Ambleside Masters Mile, we continue to grow our presence in the community.

Return the Burn 2009 update...

Thank you!

On December 1st, Freedom held its 7th annual "Return the Burn" and with our client's and friend's charity, we were able to raise over $1500 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

This donation will be made in honour of Richard Negrin, our dear friend and client who passed away earlier this year. Rich may have even been impressed with some of the efforts...
