Classes are held 5 days a week
– Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00, Wednesday
and Friday at 4:00, and Saturday at 12:00
- Starting Saturday April 11, 2009, we will
be moving the 12:00pm class to 9:00am. Drop-Ins
are $17.50.
We are still one of the few
indoor bootcamp facilities in Vancouver. We
can go outside anytime you want, but can your
bootcamp go inside? We also design our classes
to accommodate all levels of fitness.

We
have the best personal fitness trainers in the business
and we also provide a state of the art training facility
with top of the line equipment. We have full showers
and lockers for the clients along with a towel and water
service. All you have to do is arrive, and your hour
will be taken care of by Freedom.
Your
work out will contain aspects of all fitness regimens.
Yoga, pilates, weight training, cardio, flexibility
training and nutritional counseling are all part of
your hour. Our approach is the one you need and want...if
a drill sergeant is what you want, we will provide it,
but if you need more encouragement from a low key aspect,
that is what we will do for you. We
understand that just coming through our doors was a
very difficult decision and we
will make sure that once you are inside our studio,
your goals and desires will be met at every instance.
