Brian was born and raised on the North Shore and has grown up around sports and fitness for most of his life, playing AAA hockey for 8 years and also competing in other sports such as kick boxing, football and soccer. In his spare time he enjoys weight lifting, high intensity cardio, outdoor activities and swimming. Brian is a BCRPA and ACE certified personal trainer with certifications in myofascial and deep tissue release, as well as exercise rehab of the knee and shoulder. He loves the results of accomplishing mentally and physically demanding goals and wants to pass that experience on to as many people as possible. Brian is able to combine many different techniques to create an individualized program to help you reach your desired level of fitness and health. His focus on form and technique is his top priority,while his easy-going and fun approach will help motivate you to be your best!
Carly Graham Certified Personal Trainer
Carly is all about having fun, working hard, overcoming obstacles and finishing a workout feeling proud and re-energized! In fact, Carly was a past Freedom Health client. She loved training at Freedom so much that she decided to get certified as a personal trainer and pass on the feeling she got from her workouts to other clients! Carly is a Can Fit pro-certified trainer, a CFES weight training instructor and Suspension Training instructor. Carly grew up playing a variety of sports and was a provincial athlete in field hockey. Now she spends her days in the trails with her dog, running half marathons and working hard in the gym. Carly wants to make sure she targets the whole body with her workouts, incorporating a mix of strength and cardio exercises to help you reach your full potential. While you will be having fun during your session, Carly is still all business…underneath that smile is a tough cookie!
Michael Lee Certified Personal Trainer
Michael’s passion for an active lifestyle and helping others has led him to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. He is currently a full time UBC student majoring in Kinesiology in the hopes of becoming a physiotherapist for sports teams or the continually growing e-sports scene. Michael is an ACE certified personal trainer, FMS level 1 certified and has completed his high performance strength and conditioning course at UBC. His nutrition and exercise science education have helped clients achieve their goals in the most efficient way. When he’s not training his clients, you can find him at the local community center, speed skating, playing badminton and tennis or kickboxing away his tuition stress. Michael is an avid e-sports gamer, popular enough that you can even find him broadcasting live on Twitch. He strongly believes in smart and realistic training for all his clients while helping them understand that results come with time. From Michael’s perspective, fitness results should be viewed as a marathon, not a sprint!
Briar Davis Certified Personal Trainer
Growing up on the trails and mountains of the North Shore, fitness has always been an important component of Briar's life. During her many years of playing volleyball, soccer, softball and more, Briar made the decision to turn her passion for fitness into a career. Today, Briar is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, a Youth Fitness Specialist, and a Fitness Kickboxing Leader and is current in her CPR and First Aid certifications. She believes that by having a strong work ethic and a positive attitude anyone can reach their fitness goals, and she finds nothing more fulfilling than helping someone get there.

Stu Clark Certified Personal Trainer
Stu explored many different career options before finding his true passion in the fitness and health industry. He is currently working towards a second degree in active health and rehabilitation and hopes to go on to earn a masters in physical therapy. Stu holds his NSCA CPT certificate, SportsMed BC SportsAid certificate, and a Squash BC NCCP Level 1 coaching certificate. Stu's main focus in the gym is coaching clients through proper functional movement, then implementing those skills to build a balanced body that is well suited for your personal goals, all while motivating you to push your limit. Outside of the gym you'll likely find Stu somewhere in the North Shore trails, potentially swimming in a glacial river, or warming up on the squash court. *Stu is currently on sabbatical*
Ellen Rosenfeld Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer
Fitness has always played a huge role in Ellen's life. From a small age she loved playing sports and staying active. This led her to a degree in Human Kinetics, which grew into a passion for helping others realize the power that exercise can have for them. Now a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists (CSEP) with CPR and First Aid certifications, she has also recently completed a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance. She is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge with anyone wanting to learn.
Marcus is a former chubster himself and the dude behind N1 Fitness. He was the first official N1 trial and his mission is to integrate movement and nutrition into your daily life in the most effective way possible! N1 was created on the foundation that you have control over how you look, the way you feel and who you want to be. Each and every one of us can be great in our own right, N1 is about striving to be the best version of ourselves each and every day! Marcus has a Human Kinetics Diploma under his belt along with a CSEP-CPT Personal Training Certification and a Pn1 Nutrition Certification, which means that he can explain how food and movement can change your life!
